Hello, everyone.
It seems one would be said to treat another person unfairly, when he doesn't treat that person well. I am quite curious what happens if one treats another person overly well. Would that be considered unfair as well?
For example, I hire some one to clean my room. Say, I am in the UK. Instead of paying this bloke three pounds for every hour, which is below the legal requirement, I pay him three thousand pounds for every hour. Am I being unfair?
Many thanks
Richard
No, you're being more than fair. The only way it would be considered unfair would be if you had two workers doing the same work and you paid one 3 pounds and the other 300. Unfair to the one receiving 3, that is.
JUST A LITTLE STUDENT
It seems to me that this question doesn't involve grammar problem, does it? If so I think you are unfair to many others such as the poors in the society you live in. They need money much more than the one you are being over fair to.
Look at the capitalised line at top and overlook my post if you want!
Thank you!
