    Thumbs down what is the difference between adjective and adjectival phrases? i do not understand

    Adjectives and adjectival phrases both describe the noun or pronoun but i can not understand the differences between them. please explain it grammatically.

    An adjective is a single describing word like green and an adjectival phrase is a descriptive phrase of more than one word, like dark blue.
