Default "by using" or "with using" or "by use of"?

    Hi,

    Which one is correct?

    1. Design and Implementation of Digital Thermo-Controller by using 8951 Microcontroller.

    2.
Design and Implementation of Digital Thermo-Controller with using 8951 Microcontroller.

    3.
Design and Implementation of Digital Thermo-Controller by use of 8951 Microcontroller.

    Thanks in advance.

    Welcome to the forum, mo_soroush

The simplest sentence seems to me to be:

Design and Implementation of Digital Thermo-Controller using 8951 Microcontroller.

I assume, from the absence of articles and finite verb, that this is a title.
