    Please correct if correction does need?
    $2000/- has received today from AK for the payments of your personal expenses. We will open a petty cash account in your name. All the financial transactions/payments will be made after you approval/advice. If any payment is made we will inform you through e-mail. We will also send you monthly statement by the 10th day of next month. So you will be aware how much amount is lying with us. It is up to you to replenish this imprest by reimburse the expended amount or not.

    $2000 was received today from AK for payment of your personal expenses. We will open a petty cash account in your name. Financial transactions/payments will be made only after you have approved them. When a payment is made, we will inform you by e-mail. We will send you a monthly statement by the 10th day of the following month so that you will know how much you have on deposit. It is your responsibility to reimburse expenditures should you choose to do so.
