How do you intuitively create / compose 'cute' words in English? I can do it in my native language and no matter how much I study English I still find it difficult or nearly impossible to 'baby talk' in English. Can anybody help? Do I even make sense?

Well... my first question would be "why would you want to?" but I assume you have your reasons, so here are few things:
Make your Ls as Ws.
Make your Ts as Ds
So "little" becomes "widdle."
Make you "K" sounds as well as your TH sounds as T.
(Think of the Tweety Bird charachter: I tought I taw a puddy tat.)
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
