Is this sentence grammatically correct?
Hi,
I'm just wondering as to whether this sentence is correct, in grammatical terms:
"A stranger with a very direct preconceived notion about Irish culture."
I don't know whether or not "very direct" is okay to be there, or if the "direct" requires a comma before the "preconceived"?
If you could let me know it would be great!
Cheers,
Colin.

Well, that's not a complete sentence, but I get what you're after.
"Very direct" works here, but I think there should be a comma between "direct" and "preconceived". "Very direct" means very frank or candid.

Welcome to the forum, col.
You've got to give us more time to answer than an hour and a quarter (it wasn't two hours).
At the time of asking it was teatime in the UK and lunchtime in the USA, where most of the responders are situated.
Good answer, SlickVic. I agree with you.
