Default next time Vs THE next time

    Hi,

Could someone provide me with the difference between next time and the next time please?
Here is an example I have doubts with:
We would like to provide you with some specific recommendation regarding your company's current situation ______ you register for our conflict resolution workshop.
Which one of the two should be used to fill in the blank?

    Many thanks!

p.s. Please feel welcome to point out any mechanical errors in this message.
