The 2012 Olympic Games will be held in London
Everybody knows that the 2012 Olympic Games is to be held in London. In this context, do we say in everyday spoken English 'The 2012 Olympic Games will be held in London'? Should 'The 2012 Olympic Games is going to be held in London' sound better?
Thank you in advance.

Either is OK. I prefer "will".
