    I congratulate your achievement of / in winning the coveted award of "Best Sportsman".

    Just to confirm. I believe that it should be 'in'.

    I agree, but it should be, "I congratulate you on your achievement in ..."

    You can be proud of the achievement, celebrate it, rejoice in it, etc, but you congratulate the person.
