    Hi everyone =) I'm always confused by the words by and of. I can't really understand these two words. Can anyone explain to me please?

    Thanks for the reply. example. one day i'm gonna let u be impressed OF my improvement. but my girlfriends corrected me that its BY. My girlfriend is an English educated. I asked why do i have to use BY instead of OF but she said it's hard to explain because she used to it already. by the way, I'm a Chinese educated

    "By" is correct, "with" is also possible, "of" is incorrect. Prepositions are hard to explain, you just have to accept that that is how we say it.
