    Default Singular/plural confusion in counting

    1. 10 Project names are listed below. Please tell me who is the delivery director of each projects listed below.
    2. A three line comments required for each of the following fields.
    3. Three lines of comments required for each of the following fields.
    4. All Projects should be completed.
    5. All project should be completed.


    As you can see above I have a little bit confusion in singular/ plural when it comes to numbering, any, each, all etc.

    Please correct the above sentences and tell me where I can find the grammar rule.

    * 'All Projects' would be acceptable in may cases, but they are not being required to complete a project. In the context though, 'Project' is likely to be understood as 'box/cell/field relating to a named project'.
