Happy in the knowledge

Hi people,

As in the title, what does "happy in the knowledge" mean?

My dictionary has "safe in the knowledge" but not "happy..." What's the difference between them?
It would be great if some example sentences could be cited along with a quick explanation.

The difference is that between feeling happy and feeling safe. It's possible to feel safe without feeling happy, but you are unlikely to feel happy if you don't feel safe.
