Abbreviation for Bosnia and Herzegovina?

Good morning,
Would you please be so kind as to tell me what would be a formal English abbreviation for "Bosnia and Herzegovina"? BaH? B-H? I usually see "BiH", but that would be in the native language, as "i" stands for "and" so it can`t English? Please help!

Note that Rover had to google it. I would have had to, too, if I had wanted to know the answer. I very much doubt if many native speakers know it.

Don't forget that a lot of abbreviations for countries are international abbreviations, not necessarily English abbreviations. So there is no reason why "Bosnia i Herzegovina" which is what the country is called in its native language, wouldn't be abbreviated to "BIH" for everyone.

We don't have an English abbreviation which stands for the word "and" so there wouldn't be anything else for us to put there. Our only choices would be "BH" which might be confused with, for instance, Bhutan, or "B&H" which contains a non-alphabetical symbol and is also a recognised brand of cigarettes!
