    1) What is the context?
    2) What in this sentence causes you trouble? Have you looked up the words in a dictionary? What do you think the sentence could mean?

I don't know the context. The sentence seems to be written be someone who just wanted to use a word to write a sentence.

I know every the meaning of every words in the sentence, but the sentence puzzles me.

Does it mean "their affluence is not real affluence"?
