    Default like to swim/swimming

    1. I like swimming. (I am interested in swimming)
    2. .I like to swim.

    What is the difference in the above sentences?.

    Semantically, there is no difference between them.

    Some people feel a slight difference:

    I like swimming - I enjoy swimming.
    I like to swim - habit, I choose to swim.
