**** Learner
In Afghanistan, reporters have seen a group of people who've been terrorized.
^ I think this is the proper use of the perfect tense, and perhaps one of the teachers or the native speakers might give a better answer than my own.

NOT A TEACHER
(1) Great question! I, too, am waiting for a teacher to answer you.
(2) I think that I understand your question:
Reporters saw a group of people who had been terrorized (by some people).
Thus: Reporters saw a group of terrorized people.
I think it works in that sentence.
They brought summered animals to bathe
I have no idea what you mean by "summered animals." Do those animals have something to do with the season of summer?
He was stuck in a building that had been stormed (by the police, the terrorists, etc.)
I do not know whether you can refer to a "stormed building."
Yet, I think (repeat: think) you could say "He was stuck in the raided building."
I made a list of the movies that I have seen
I do not know whether you can refer to "seen movies."
Yet, I think (repeat: think) that you could say "I made a list of previously seen movies."

Re: Sentence correction
Thanks for expressing your view on
a building has been stormed by police (it is right according to you )
then why we can not use stormed building ( a building which has been stormed by police just like terrorized people )
I am waiting your response

then why we can not use stormed building ( a building which has been stormed by police just like terrorized people ) One reason would be for the reason that I misunderstood your meaning, as a reference to a building damaged by a storm.

summered animals
You also say ,what is summered animals
See following sentence
1-Animals are wintered inside on straw. (Winter means- to keep animal some where
during winter)
In same way ,we can also write
Animals are summered inside . (Summer- to keep animals somewhere during
summer)
So from there i used summered animals.
next you say
reporters saw a group of people who have been terrorized .(according to you, it
should be)
Sir i also agree to it but why (reporters have seen a group of terrorized people) is wrong
There are following some sentences .According to you all must be wrong
1- They found a murdered boy inside building.
2- Frightened birds were kept in cage by Fowler .
But these two sentences are perfectly correct then why mine.
According to you,i think it should be like this
they found a boy who has been murdered
Fowler kept birds which were frightened
But sir my written sentences are also perfectly correct.
Please sir
i think now you must have got my problem .please solve it.

NOT A TEACHER
(1) I am disappointed that no teachers have answered you (and me) yet.
(2) Let me share a few ideas (these are not answers).
(3) I apologize for not making my ideas clearer.
(4) You are 100% correct: The reporters saw some terrorized people.
I was trying to explain that the sentence was probably a shorter way to
say "The reporters saw some people who had been terrorized."
(a) In other words, English often lets you take a past participle and use it as an
adjective.
(i) For example: King X is beloved by his people. We can also say: The beloved
king will speak to his people tonight."
(5) Yes, "The murdered boy was only 18 years old" is a perfect sentence. I was
just trying to explain that the long way to say this would be: The boy who was
murdered was only ...."
(6) Regarding "summered animals," I shall only say this: As you know, in the year of
2011, there are many Englishes. That is, people in the world speak different kinds of
English. If English-speaking people in your country are comfortable with "summered animals,"
then it is correct for them. (I think that almost all Americans would not say "summered
animals"). Personally, I like "Animals are summered inside." That's a nice way to
use the English language. Americans might not use that kind of sentence, but as I said there are now many Englishes.

(7) Last night, I thought about your "stormed building" question. Here are a few comments (not answers):
(a) It seems that the past participles of some verbs cannot be used as an adjective.
You can say "The building was stormed by the terrorists," but I do not think that you can say "Many people were inside the stormed building." It just doesn't sound right -- at least to me.
You would have to find another past participle. Maybe something like:
Fifteen minutes ago, 100 terrorists stormed the embassy and took control of it.
Army troops have just arrived and are surrounding the captured building.

Re: Sentence correction
Thank you, Parser
I hope any teacher definitely help both of us .i thank you for showing interest in my questions. From your answering ,one thing i got to understand that each verb can not be made
participle to behave as adjective when it is used with noun, unless it sounds perfect.
