Could you,please, tell me the difference between using "present simple" or "simple present", as well as the difference between "past simple" and "simple past"?

Teacher Re: present simple / simple present. There is no difference between using "present simple" or "simple present", and no difference between "past simple" and "simple past".
Context is always important; labelling is rarely important.
