    My question is about the directions in blue. Are they fine based on the exercise given?

    This is a very strange exercise.

    #1 is asking about the function of a word.
    #2 is asking about the definition of a word.
    #3 appears to be a comprehension question about a reading passage.

    Are you sure you want to cover such a wide range in one exercise?
    Context is important. Please provide enough for us to be able to deal effectively with your question.
    Your thread title should include all or part of the word/phrase being discussed.

    Thank you so much for your answer.
    That's what I thought; the exercise was covering a wide range in one. Then, could you tell me which directions are the most appropriate ones for each one please?
