Default "on good terms" vs "in good terms"

Which one is correct? If both, is there a difference between them?

    1. I am on good terms with her.
    2. I am in good terms with her.

    (Not a Teacher)

If you want to use "in", you could say:

    "I'm in her good graces."

    or

    "I'm in good with her."
