-Don't worry! I will call you at least one time by 3:00 pm Why would you WANT to say this?

I'm not sure why you would want to say "at least one time by 3 pm." Can you explain the context you had in mind?
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
