Question Simple or Continuous? or something alse?

My task was to supply the correct tenses.

Correct me if I'm wrong, please. The "suspicious" in my opinion cases I wrote in bold

Jack Smith is being on holiday now. He stays at home for his holiday, but he does a lot of interesting things. A few minutes ago he met John Stanton who was on holiday too.

John: How are you enjoying your holiday, Jack?
Jack: Im having a good time,John.
I stay at home. I have got a car and it is a pleasure to go to different places.

I'm not sure about words in bold. May be they must be in Continuous?

The ones I have marked in red are wrong.

Your final version would look like this:

Jack Smith is on holiday now. He is staying at home for his holiday, but he is doing a lot of interesting things. A few minutes ago he met John Stanton who is on holiday too.

John: How are you enjoying your holiday, Jack?
Jack: Im having a good time,John. I'm staying at home. I've got a car and it's a pleasure to go to different places.
