Which sentence is correct please?
1) I forgot to drink my syrup (medicine)?
2) I forgot to take my syrup (medicine)?
For liquid medicine you may use "drink" (although it is a bit outdated). I usually instructed my patients to "take" their medicine whether it was in liquid form, a tablet, a capsule or an inhaler.
"I forgot to take my medicine" is best.

Youeathavetake pills, tablets, etc.
Context is always important; labelling is rarely important.
