So you mean even for medicine we can use drink?
What about pill or tablet? can we use eat or have for them? For example: I forgot to eat / have my pill / tablet.

For liquid medicine you may use "drink" (although it is a bit outdated). I usually instructed my patients to "take" their medicine whether it was in liquid form, a tablet, a capsule or an inhaler.
"I forgot to take my medicine" is best.

I usually told my patients to comply faithfully with the recommended regime for
self-administration of their medications. I never wanted them to get the impression
that I was talking down to them. I must admit, though, that some had trouble swallowing it.
