Who owns the information - that owns the world.
Hello!
May I ask you, native speakers, do you use the following statement nowadays:
Who owns the information - that owns the world?
Or, maybe, it would be better just to say:
Knowladge is power?
Thank you very much!

Knowledge is power? This is OK. I don't think it's something I would be likely to say very often though.
Thank you very much!
Bhai.

Knowladge is power?
NOT A TEACHER
(1) I think that some people also say:
Information is power.
(a) I have just read, for example, that people who work in the world of
finance have to read newspapers such as the Financial Times and the
Wall Street Journal because they contain information that is essential
to their jobs.
(b) You are getting information here at usingenglish. com. That information
is helping your English. And with better English, you will get better employment
opportunities than those people who do not speak English as well as you.
Yes, information (knowledge) is power, as you say. (That is why some
governments (no names, of course) do NOT allow freedom of the press. They
do not want the people to know certain things.)
