I would like to know which sentence would be best to use:

This is not the beginning nor the end of my story.
This is not the beginning or the end of my story.

Is the first sentence acceptable?I know that many prefer the negation with 'or' but the first sentence I heard it in a movie so that's why I've been wondering about it.

So to sum it up the first sentence is not correct, right?
