Assuming we're not talking about how rude they sound, and we're focusing on the grammar, then 1 and 2 are okay, but 3 would suggest a future action, not a past one..

2-Why should I have?
3-Why should I?
Which of the sentence 1 to 3 are acceptable in this context?

Re: why should I have... I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
