Is it correct to say:
"He was appointed to the position of Cheese Plant General Manager."
or
"He was appointed to the position of General Manager of Cheese Plant." ?

Cheese Plant does not look like the name of a company.
You normally say 'the position' of 'a company'.
The company here is that of a cheese plant.
He was appointed to the position of General Manager of the cheese plant.
not a teacher
