Looking for a drama for children under twelve

First I'd say sorry, I know it isn't the proper place to post this. I do it because there is a lot of English teachers from all over the world. I'm an English teacher of 20 children, most of them are under 12. This term to draw their attention, I want to preparing them for a simple drama, and of course I will invite their parents to see their play after. But my problem is most of them have been learning English about a year, they are not good enough for the dramas I've googled. So I ask for your help! The requirements are very simple:

1. I want each of my students can join the play, even as a small tree.
2. The drama is simple for them to remember and play.
3. The drama can't be very long for them, 15-20 minutes is great.
