    Default Verbs go with "Responsibility"

I have already known the phrase "Take" responsibility.
But in my English exercise, I have to choose between "Bear" and "Carry":
I wouldn't like to be a manager. You have to bear/carry a lot of responsibility.
Which word is correct? Or both?
I hope to receive answers from you soon.
    Thanks.

Context is always important; labelling is rarely important.

    I'd choose "bear".
