Thumbs up I don't like it either?

    Hi there!
I am a student in Australia.
I am quite interested in the field of grammar.
However, my English Grammar is not good enough.
I was looking a website which I can ask questions.
Yeah. I can find some. But it looks like they just "copy and paste" the information.
I need further explanation, not just some unprofessional and irresponsible response.
Could someone answer my questions, please?

I am finding the use of "either".
    I have one example.
"Hey boss! I don't like the way you are doing." I said
"I don't like yours either!" My boss replied

Is it okay? I knew these should be other ways to use "either".
    How is it about?

    Raymond

    I would change this:

"Hey boss! I don't like your way of doing things," I said.
"I don't like yours either!" My boss replied.

The use of either is fine.

I need further explanation, not just some unprofessional and irresponsible response.
Starting off by insulting people is not a good way of getting them to help you.

If you're planning to say "Hey boss. I don't like your way of doing things", I wouldn't bank on keeping your job for very long.
