It's: "What do you suggest (that) I do."
Which one here is correct? Me or I?
"What do you suggest me/I do?"
If the sentence contain any other error, feel free to point it out

The "I" is the subject in the subordinate clause. I am suppposed to do something. What do you suggest be that "something" that I do?
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
I am sorry, Barb.be that "something" that I do
I don't understand. (this)
Thank you...
Let me try it this way:
I am supposed to take some action.
What do you suggest be that action I should take?
I'm trying to show that "I" is the subject: What do you recommend/suggest/advise [that] I do?
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
***** NOT A TEACHER *****
The Parser: You, my friend, have a big problem.
Mona: I know that I do. What should I do about it?
The Parser: What did you say? My hearing aide is not working very well.
Mona (yelling to the deaf Parser): I said, "What do you suggest that I do
about this problem?" !!!
[QUOTE=vkhu;850307]Which one here is correct? Me or I?
I'll try and explain it as clearly as I can.
"What do you suggest me/I do?"
What do YOU (Subj) SUGGEST (verb) + (that)+ I (Subj)+ DO (verb=?
It can't be ME because SUGGEST as a verb is often followed by THAT, which you may easily leave out in this case. As Barb D said, THAT introduces a subordinate clause held by the verb DO and in that clause you need a subject.
Here are a couple of questions to help you follow the logic behind this. Now, what is the difference between ME and I? Which one is the subject pronoun? Which one is the object pronoun? Which one would you choose between the two?
Hope this works.
