It means whatever Avril Lavigne wanted it to mean.

As we say so often in this forum, song lyrics are often meaningless. They are produced to fit in with rhythm and rhyme and, sometimes, to sound is if they ought to have a meaning.

Context is always important; labelling is rarely important.

A "vibe" can be a good feeling, a good mood. How she intends to get there by stretching, I can't say.

"Vibe" is short for vibration. In 60's lingo, and after the Beach Boys' song "Good Vibrations," a vibe became the word to describe the feelings that emanate from others or from groups of people.
When I walked into the office, I felt a strange vibe from my coworkers. I guess they all knew that I was about to be fired.
I don't know the song, but if she wanted to "stretch [herself] back into the vibe,"
then she is saying that she is not "with it" and needs to return to a good place, which is just out of reach unless she extends herself a bit.

    ***** NOT A TEACHER *****

    Ragheda,

    (1) I had never heard of that singer until I read your post.

    (2) I googled the lyrics and was shocked by some of her words. (I am

    a very old man.)

    (3) I found at least one explanation. His explanation was that (in his opinion),

those words reflect the feelings of a teenager who wants to return to the happier

days when she/he was much, much younger.

    (a) As you can see, his interpretation is very similar to Icaplan's excellent

    interpretation.

"Stretch" is also a term used to mean an unknown or unlikely place or situation.

    Mary is now running track?
    Yes,.
    That's a stretch for her.

I also googled the lyrics, and with the exception of one "S" word, I couldn't find anything that I would consider even remotely shocking, unless you're easily shocked by banality.
