Sir.
In our school when students are going out in a line after the class, some students are entering in between the line to be first, in that situvation can I ask?
Why are you entering in the midst of line? Is it correct or another sentence?
Thank you

I'd call him out like this:
"Why are you cutting in front of everyone else?"
or
"Why are you skipping to the head of the line?"
or
"Stop cutting in line!"

Don't jump the queue.

'Stop pushing in!'
Please see my amendments above. There is no need to address your posts to "Sir" - it is overly formal and also the users on the forum are both male and female.
In BrE, we would say:
Don't push in!
Don't push to the front.
Stop jumping the queue.
Bear in mind that in BrE it's a queue, in AmE, it's a line.
