Hello!
Can we use the past simple and the present perfect interchangeably here, please?
"Do you remember a very bad meeting you have attended/ you attended?"

Either could be used, but I would possibly infer a slight or subtle difference between the two. With "you attended" and even with "a" (and not "the") I might think you are referring to only one specific meeting in the past. Whereas "you have attended", would suggest to me, one "bad meeting" among several meetings.
