I think it should be - While some wags are associated WITH happiness, friendly , Other can mean fear.
With a and b actually I have distinguished two different lines..
No, sorry, but you're not even close.
While some wags are associated with happiness or friendliness, others can mean fear...
- You need the same word form, a noun, to follow "associated with," not a noun and and adjective.
- Since there are other emotions that follow, you need "others" not "another" (but "other" is not correct at all).

I think it should be like ---
So only those, who can contribute for making the , students good human beings and , intelligent one will take up the job. Right ?
I have trouble the intention of the original, but in that and in your correction, the commas make no sense at all.
Only those what?
"Only those poeple who can contribute to making the students into good and intelligent human beings will take up the challenge." Is that what this means? (How can a teacher make a student more intelligent?)
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
