one more question, please. Can we say anything instead of a number? Like what really distinguish it? A medium hole or something like that. I have already written number "124" but to the Arabic viewer, I guess, that would be of no use at all. So If you can help in that?

What would you do in Arabic with any piece of equipment that has a brand name and then a number to differentiate it from another piece of equipment?
Let's say your car has a small engine part made by Ferrari, and it's called a "Ferrari Stanza 24". If you were writing something in Arabic and you needed to say "My car has broken down and I am looking for a Ferrari Stanza 24" what would you write? The same applies to needing a "Wilson's 124 Tip" for cake decorating.
