    What does "p. L.5, L.125" mean?

    It seems that the tables in this gov't report are labeled with L and a number.

    L.5 is a table "Total liabilities and its relation to total financial assets" on page numbered 63

    L.125 is a table "Agency- and GSE-backed mortgage pools" on page 81
