It's not wrong as such, but when you are asking for someone's help or for a favour, we usually use "I'd be grateful if you would help me ..."

Again, context is everything. "Starting a sentence" is not context. It might depend on the entire content of the sentence. I repeat my request - post whole sentences containing the phrases and we can comment on whether or not your choices are appropriate.
