    Default the usage of with no

    Hi,

    Could you please tell me how to use 'with no' in the sentences?

    We need to demand a balanced budget with no asking money.
    Could you please construct a few sentences?

    Actually, I don't know how to use it, maybe it has the meaning of 'without' or not.
    I have found it by internet.

    We are now trying to reach this hospital with no luck.

    What do you mean by with no asking money? Do you mean without having to ask for money?
