    Default It tweaked its privacy policy.

    I have trouble understanding this sentence "It tweaked its privacy policy."

    I get the meaning "It changed its privacy policy."

    But is it possible to think as "It cunningly used its privacy policy to do something."

    It could be an improvement or simplification, but it could also be something a bit more devious.
