can we use "heavy taste" to describe a person?

For people who prefer food that are extremely spices, sweet or salty, can we use the phrase "heavy taste"?(Do native speakers say that?)
If yes, how is it used? A heavy taste person? or a heavy-tasted person?(I am not exactly sure these expressions exist)

Can they even be used metaphorically? How(what adjtives) would native speakers describe someone who is very into topics associated with strong violence, blood and gore, sex or anything that averge people find to be hard to accept?

If yes, how is it used? A heavy taste person? or a heavy-tasted person?(I am not exactly sure these expressions exist) They don't. You'd have to paraphrase: 'S/he has extreme tastes.' And then you'd need to say more about what's extreme. There exists the expression 'sweet tooth' ('S/he has a very sweet tooth'), though I don't know of a savoury or salt analogue.

Again, you'd say 'S/he has extreme tastes...' (and then say a bit more about the area involved '...in horror films' or whatever.)

PS in the fields of sex and violence a useful term is 'hard-core' - 'hard-core porn' is a common collocation.
