Default Rabbits have long ears/two ears

    1. Rabbits have long ears.
    2. Rabbits have two long ears.

    Is sentence 2 natural?

    Thanks.

It is grammatically OK but I'm not sure it's necessary to specify that any mammal has two ears. As far as I know, that's the standard number of ears for mammals.

Now, if you had a rabbit with three long ears, that would be worth mentioning.

I would stick to "Rabbits have long ears".

Hear! Hear! is a way of expressing agreement or approval. I dropped the aitches in a not very succesful attempt to be humorous.

Ah, I see. I've checked it: hear - Definition and pronunciation | Oxford Advanced Learners Dictionary at OxfordLearnersDictionaries.com
That's an advanced-level humour (joke or wordplay) to us (English learners, well, to me at least).
