Default Should "suggest" here be "suggests"?

    Context:
The month in which you are born can influence the environment in which you develop – inside the womb and out. Some evidence suggest that this can affect your behaviour and genetics and have a lifelong impact on your health.

Yes, it should. What intrigues me, though, is how the month in which you are born can affect your development pre birth (in the womb).

Apart from being a load of old nonsense, it should surely be the month in which you are conceived which matters. I suppose you could make an argument for saying that if we know the month of birth then we can calculate the month of conception anyway.
