Welcome to Using English.
"True" means factually accurate. If a daily update is being sent on those topics, it's true, regardless of any grammar mistakes.
"Correct" means that the grammar is okay.
Send a daily mobile-phone update on Arab celebrity news, the latest movies in theaters, and the latest albums.
(I still use the word "albums" because I'm old. Do people still use "albums" when everything is digitial?)
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
