Hi,
I love not being in physical competition with other women.
I prefer not being in there with her.
I would like to ask that the sentences I have written in there are grammatically OK or not. (In my opinion; both are OK).

Both seem okay, although in the second sentence, I'd probably say "not to be" because it would sound more natural (to me) in that context.
