I am the new member of Using English. I wonder what the difference uses between Hope and Wish in sentence?
Also which sentence is correct in the two sentence below?
A. We really had a good time together. I hope you enjoyed it too.
B. We really had a good time together. I hope you enjoy it too.

I am 99.99% sure that sentence B is wrong. If you and a friend had a good time, then you would tell him/her: "I hope [that] you enjoyed it, too."

The present tense would be correct in something like this:

I (not you) went to a lecture last week. I really had a good time. I hear that you are going to that lecture

this week. I hope that you enjoy it, too. (Many times in English, we use the present when speaking about the future. For

example: In November, Americans will vote for president. I hope that Mr. ____ wins.)

For A use "had been" in the space. B is not possible.
