How about, "It's not good either", or "Neither is it good".
A: This painting is terrible. That one is not good at all.
B: What about this one?
A: It is also not good.
It's possible to hear that, but it's not as common or as natural as other ways to say it.
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
