what is the difference in meaning in above word. I could not understand the difference. Are both of these have same meaning .Please tell me the difference. Does 'to' and 'of', Preposition make the difference

These are not sentences. A sentence is usually thought of as being a complete thought - "I saw the boat". A sentence begins with a capital letter and ends with a period. I believe that your question about the three (not two) groups of words above, concerns the difference between "to" and "of".
