The only words that go before "on the mark" are "right", "bang" and "smack", in BrE. You definitely can't say "your facial gestures could be impressive on the mark".

Firstly, I would say "your" mark/score. You could say "even your facial gestures could have an influence on your mark" or "could influence your score".
