Which dictionary did you find it in and under what heading?

The verb 'corner the market' is common enough, but I can't say I've heard the noun 'a corner on the market'.

I don't know what a bacteria market is, either.

After 114 posts, chrysanthemum, you should know that 'meaning' is not a helpful thread title. 'Bacteria Market - meaning?' would have been much better.
Context is important. Please provide enough for us to be able to deal effectively with your question.
Your thread title should include all or part of the word/phrase being discussed.

It seems to me that the person is stating in a funny way that the person looks dirty or bacteria-ridden. If he had cornered the bacteria market, then he would have an ample supply of bacteria. That seems to be the point.

I, too, am intrigued as to which dictionary houses this sentence and as part of a definition for which word. Please post a link or tell us which dictionary and what word you were looking up.
