    Default Please call me when you are off from work.

    1) Please call me when you are off from work.
    2) Please call after/when you get off work.
    3) Please call me when you have finish work.


    *Which one are the most common and acceptable way is saying it.

    3 is unacceptable. 1 and 2 are fine.

    1 is not acceptable in BE. We don't use 'of' and 'from' together.

    It's OK but I must admit that the first thing I think when I hear "off work" is "on sick leave/annual leave". In context, I'm sure it would be understood as "when you finish work" but if I didn't have the context I might think it meant "Please call me once you start your annual leave".

    I prefer "Please call me later, once you've finished/left work."
